Robots are coming very soon
Pierre Pinna, who said the robots will take over from many professionals, has drawn the screenplay of the next 5 years. Pointing out that the years ahead will be even more difficult for economically challenged people in the event, Pinna said, “With artificial intelligence, robots will take over from many professional people over the next 5 years. We will soon be sharing our workplaces with robots, so we need to educate young people to be in cooperation with robots, especially young people should be trained in machine learning, deep learning and data analysis. We need to educate people by shifting them to these areas”, he said.
Science fiction movies can be real
“Science fiction films, of course, can be real,” he said. “It’s true that after 10-20 years, robots will work much more actively in all sectors than we do in any other sector, They will dominate, but do not be afraid, they will not hurt us, or they will not destroy us … These are just scenarios of the film, rather than being afraid of robots, countries have to work on cyber security and have to allocate enough budget for them.”
You should respect your employees
Pierre Pinna, who also argues that the global methods used to manage people today are not realistic, says, “We serve both large and small firms to be successful in digital transformation. You have to respect them, and you have to be objective at all times, and so you can get enough of them.”
